Hi,

It is very easy for newcomers to Crazytalk 5 to confuse the Custom Projects folder with the Custom Models folder. You need to click Model and then Custom in Crazytalk 5 to check to see if your custom CT4 content is there. It won't show in Projects.

If it is not there then you can copy it over manually if you wish.

The custom content will be in either of these locations if you accepted the default install options:

Windows XP:

Models

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Reallusion\Custom\Crazytalk 4 Custom\Model

Scripts

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Reallusion\Shared Custom\Crazytalk 4 Custom\Script

Windows Vista

Models

C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Reallusion\Custom\Crazytalk 4 Custom\Custom

Scripts

C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Reallusion\Shared Custom\Crazytalk 4 Custom\Script

Once you have found these locations, use Windows Explorer to manually copy over the contents of say your CT4 Models folder to the equivalent CT5 Models folder and so on.

Remember to use Copy rather than Move so you keep your CT4 content intact.
