| Just downloaded the file, but it says it's invalid. I unzipped it, then doubled clicked on the icon...or an I supposed to copy and paste the file? Confused, lol.
I bought 2.1, but I've installed the 2.5 patch.
Any help appreciated

thanksJust go to Avatar - Character - Modify - Import Character and select the unzipped Cheerleader.vns file. It will then open in iClone. Click the Add button to save it to your custom characters for future use. Hope this helps.

| Thank you for the reply, I appreciate it I did manage to figure this out by myself eventually, lol. I now have the cheerleader in iclone, yay, waves imaginary pom poms

| iClone 3 gets an error when I try load any "vns" file from earlier versions (1, 2 or 2.5).
It either says invalid/error or shuts down the program.
Can anyone help with these errors.

Thanx Hi, Are you updated to the latest version 3.2? This helps reduce compatibility problems with older files. I just tested the Cheerleader character from this thread and it opened without problems in 3.2. Can you import the Cheerleader character? Also are you making sure to import older files from the appropriate sction. For example to open a character file, do it from Actor - Avatar - Modify/Import. If you still continue to have problems you might find it worth uninstalling and then installing the software again. This often cures unexplained problems like this.
