But as I wanted to install the Human Basic add-on, There came the following message:

"Unable to retrieve information from internet to validate your serial number right now. Please retry installation on a later time. Setup will be terminated."

I guess, that its only possible to install the program within the office hours of element 5. Maybe they want to monitor all installations. I don't know..............

Hi Andi,

I'm really pleased your problems with Element 5 have been resolved.

You should be able to validate your serial at any time but possibly the service was down temporarily or there was an internet connection issue. Have you tried again when you know you have working internet access to see if it works now?

Hi Peter, I tried it again right now at 11 a.m. and I`m sure hat my internet connection works
Where is the server for the validation? At your side or at element 5?
I am patient, but I hope I can validate it today.

Hi Andi,

I tried the validation process today and it worked without any problems so I fear there may be something else going on.

I have notified support of your problems and hoping they can come up with an answer soon.
