Hi,

If I've to return a iclone product fully which has not at all been downloaded or used, what is the exact procedure.

If you wish to request a refund for your downloadable software purchase, you must complete and return via fax a completed and signed copy of the Letter of Destruction to +1-408-972-0832

The LOD is a declaration that you have destroyed all downloaded files, serials numbers and that they have not been copied or saved in any other way. Your refund request may take up to 72 hours to be processed. The refund will be issued once we have reviewed your request and sent our approval of the refund to our e-commerce vendor. The refund will only be credited to the credit card charged during the original transaction. We will contact you by email to confirm the refund has been completed.

Note: In the case of purchasing the CD on demand service the CD must be returned for a refund.

This is the general template for refund issue.

You need to mail back the Letter of Destruction if you wish to request a refund. Please follow the below directions to complete this work.
1) Please take a look at the item 12- “Return Policy” at http://www.reallusion.com/purchase_faq_register.asp
2) Download the LOD document in .pdf format from http://www.reallusion.com/download/rl-lod.pdf
3) You must fill out the form completely and return the LOD via FAX or email back to ersonName w:st="on">support at reallusion dot comersonName>.
4) After that, please remember to inform me, and we’ll process your refund as soon as possible.
