Q: Can you please show me how to change the language from English to French in CT 4? I've downloaded and installed the French TTS engine from Microsoft.com, but the image still does only talk in English

When you click on "Edit", "Script" (at the top), and then click on the "T" icon (underneath the model, just to the left of the musical note icon), are you given the option to choose a Speech Engine and then a voice? Look for one of the French voices. An Italian voice, for example, is working well on my PC.

Then, find a topic named "Text-to-speech engines"
You will also find a menu "Select a TTS engine" below the headline.
Choose France engine and click "Download selected engine" to get it.

Maybe download the free trial first to see if it meets your needs.

After Installation and setting of the engine, follow the instruction above, you will find TTS for France finally.
