I have the original exchange 1.0 and followed the instructions.
I deleted Exchange 1.0, downloaded Exchange 2.0, put in my 1.0 serial number and it will not accept it. Fortunately I could reinstall 1.0.
Is there something I am doing wrong here?

| Hi Michael, You should have been sent an email when you upgraded to 3DXchange 2.0 which contained your new serial number for v2.0. You must use this new serial number to activate your software rather than your old v1.0 serial number. Hope this helps.

| The email should have been dispatched once you went through the free upgrade procedure. If you didn't receive any communication with your serial number in it then check in your junk folder to make sure it didn't get picked up wrongly. It does happen. If you still can not find your new serial then try contacting support for further help. Use the support form below when contacting them. http://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/User/QForm.aspx
