Hi
Sorry my first post is a cry for help but I'm stuck. I have created many custom characters that all worked fine yesterday and suddenly none of them are working. When I try to load them I get an " failed to load character, this is not a valid character file" message. They have all been saved in the correct folder as .vns files so I haven't a clue whats happend. Anyone?

It sounds as though you have saved them as a project. Try opening them as a project and add to your custom folder within iClone.
