Hi,

Can you provide a little more information on the error, for example how far does the installation go before the crash. Also does the error report give any further information other than "catastrophic error".

You may also want to contact Tech Support and can do so by filling in the support form found here:

Sure,

I get as far as putting in the serial number and that takes and begins the install process, I get about one bar in that window and it stops. The error window pops up and says "data" at the top and "catastropic error" at the bottom. Hope this helps some.

Thanks

Den

Hi Den,

This is an unusual error to crash like you describe and not one I have encountered. I think for a solution to your problem you will need to contact Tech Support as I mentioned in my previous reply, who should be able to offer some assistance on this.

The link to the Tech Support form is in the reply above.

I hope you get the issue resolved soon.

I contacted them last Friday and have not gotten a response from a person yet. Kind of discouraged with the tech support not what you would call customer centered. Thanks for your help.

Den

Hi Den,

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't heard from Tech Support yet. They should get back to you real soon but don't hesitate to get back on to them if you don't get a reply soon.
