It always perplexed me why the motion editor was an external program, and you had to export animations into the actual iclone system. This is probably because it'd be somewhat difficult to intergrate pose and motion tweening into the actual animation itself. I think it would be a good idea to keep the ability to import motions or poses, but the motion editor should be viewable in real time with your avatar. This is comparable to say 3D prop animations where you could complete the animation sequence in the main timeline, only you should be able to create tweens and rotate joints as you can in the current editor.

Currently it is very difficult to make two avatars interact (fights, high five, ect.) doing this will allow you to adjust the position of your actor in the actual scene. If that were an option, avatars could interact with the 3D scene and other avatars much easier.
