I do have iClone installed and it's open, when I try to install the content pack.
What should I do?
You may need to uninstall and reinstall the software again to ensure it is installed correctly. If you do attempt this make sure you backup any custom content to be safe.
It may be worth a shutdown and restart of the computer if you haven't already tried. This may solve the problem. It is certainly worth a try.
