i can not activate my realusion suite (all of realusion product)

i say this serial is expire for 5 successfull install.

please help,sorry to post it here but i try to contact support for 3 days but nothing respond.

Hi Shariya,

Did you use the Support Form to contact support? If not then use the link below to contact them again. Supply all the details about your purchase so that they can resolve this quicker.

As long as your software has been registered with your serial number or you have proof of purchase there shouldn't be a problem resetting the install count.

You do have to remember to uninstall your products before installing again in the future. By uninstalling you will not lose an install credit and you should not run into this problem again. While it is possible to have a hard disk crash that makes uninstalling impossible, most times this should not be a problem.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you haven't heard from support yet about your problem.

Did you get a Tracking ID number sent to you when you submitted your form?

If so then you can contact them again, quoting that number so they can review your case. It may be that there is a high level of support requests at the moment and it is taking longer than usual but they should reply to you soon.

If you didn't get a tracking number reply to your support request then it may be that it and possibly the full reply has gone into your spam/junk email folder. If possible check the folder to make sure.

You haven't really explained much about the product you are trying to register. Which Product is it, is this a boxed or downloaded copy?

If it is a boxed version then it is possible that someone has had it previously and registered it before returning it. If it was a download then obviously you should have been given a new serial number that had not been used. Are you absolutely sure you are entering it correctly during the registration process?

You will really have to contact support about this if you are certain you are entering the correct serial. Please provide full details for them including purchase details to prove ownership. They should be able to help you with this if everything checks out ok.

I may be incorrect but I note that Reallusion now 'auto' register a lot of content from their store - so the pack may have been previously registered to YOU when you purchased.
I suggest you go to Member log in and look on the left of your screen to 'Registered Packs'. Click on this and a list of your registered packs will come up. Hopefully with the pack you are referring to amongst them.
