iclone 2.5 studio can't function..

i have iclone studio 2.1 which works prfectly.But wen i install iclone 2.5 studio
On start it stops when it gets to the "Selecting Direct X device" and nothing happens.It stops at 2seconds.
Although i installed iclone 2.5 trial it worked perfectly.Bearing in mind that i have the latest drivers installed for graphics,audio,directx etc..and the System Requirements;So,where's the problem then?please help!

Hi,

It sounds like possibly a graphics issue with 2.5 and DirectX. If you are using an integrated graphics card that could be the problem.

The best thing to do is contact Support using the support from and give them all the information they require regarding your system setup and DirectX log. Details about this can be found from the link below.
