Can someone help me understand why, even though I am logged in, when I go to the bonus content section the premium content still shows a "login" button instead of a "download" button, and when I click the login button I am taken to a page that tells me I'm logged in, but no link to the download?

I sent this question to support over the weekend but haven't gotten any response. Does anyone read the support questions? (I'm just asking...)

Hi,

The items that show Login in the Bonus section of the Content Store can be downloaded from your Premium Members page. Just scroll down to the iClone area and you will find the download links listed there as you can see from the image below. Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks Peter,

Knowing where to look helped. I wasn't paying attention to the URLs so I wasn't sure if I was on the premium or regular member page. I also thought I had registered my products properly, but now that I registered them again from the member page I can see the premium materials. Great.

BTW is this the right forum for asking advice on where to find specific props and scenes? I need a beach resort with swiming pool and outdoor bar, a tropical island beach, and a mansion. I think I saw a pack that had the underwater scene and dolphins I also need.

Thanks again for your help

Rich

Hi,

The layout of the Premium Members page has changed recently. To see the downloads, click on Registered Programs on the left and select the program, (eg iClone) and then click on Details to expand the section so you can see all the available downloads, tutorials etc.

I have similar run round problem and dont see the downloads as described by you.
My Situation =
Installed IC3 ex then from the premium page downloaded and installed IC3 EX Plus.
Next went to premium page - clicked registered programs then selected Iclone- that brings up a table showing Registered items IC3 EX and IC3 EX plus but the link to the bonus on that line takes me to registration page and If I click the "download" on that line for IC3 EX plus I get " cannot navigate to page".
Using XP and Slimbrowser which runs on Explorer7

Help !!!!

Also take opportunity to complain about forum Blue on black text- Its terrible

Thanks for the post.
I've had this problem for a while too. At some point, it drove me so crazy that I'll keep putting the registration code again and again because to me, maybe it didn't properly register the products.
