I dont see any options for that in modify

To change the Logo text you just need to edit the opacity map in an Image Editor which you should setup in Preferences first.

You would just load the Logo into the iClone scene. Go to Modify and then click the Launch button for Opacity.

The Opacity map will then open in your Image Editor. You just need to edit the wording using the Text Tool of your Image Editor.

Once you have the wording right Save it and then go back to iClone and choose Update. The logo will then be replaced with your chosen text. Just remember for opacity maps what is white will be visible, black will not, so make the text white to show up.
