I had the same problem and I wanted to ask about that. I think I also found a possible cause.

I was building up a motion track using puppeteering, layer by layer, which works fine: everything that's added gets combined.  I added eye-blinking to the facial layer, which worked fine: eyes are blinking properly. Now I add an other facial animation. After that my quickly blinking eyes have suddenly slowed down. So apparently the facial animations do not properly add up.  I did a little test and when the blinking happens when there is no other facial animations; things are fine.

I am running CT6.1 pro on a pc Vista 64 i7 Dell.I have printed out the manual and watched the tutorial videos. My problem is that I can't seem to force the lips to close on an open mouth human image. Also the corner adjust feature does not seem to function.

Do I have a bad install or is there something missing in my procedure?

I first import the image---use the crop tool to encompass the head -- adjust the head shape, eyes, brows, nose then lips. When I get to the lips the close mouth button is checked but NO activity and corners of the mouth do NOT adjust.
