In my PC, When i open iClone 2.5 .. it loads .. all perfect.. after getting into te work base.. I mean the avatar comes and all in a sudden it gets close by itself. iClone 2.1 was working perfectly.

Mp PC specification:

Graphics Card : geforce 6200

RAM : 4 GB

HDD : 160 GB

AMD 3200 processor

I didn't get any replies on this forum but I discovered it had nothing to do with iClone but was a very simple Windows issue - can't remember quite what. Sorry I can't be more precise but at least you will know it may not be iClone.

Hi Angel,

Take a look at the post below which covers a similar problem to you. Make sure you have updated your graphics drivers to the latest available. This is very important.

Some people have also found turning DEP off gets iClone to load. Details of this are included in the link below also.

The DEP, I have tried. It didnt worked.. Drivers all are upto date..
