| | Hi Spider, Where exactly does the error occur and what does the error message say? The file is a zip so you need to extract the Teenboy.vns from the zip to your Custom Characters folder first before use. Have you been able to extract the file successfully? Once the Teenboy.vns is in iClone you can load it just as you would any other character. Is this where you are having the problem? Pete
