Is it the same count as in 3ds before I export it as an IC file? If thats the case
my polygon count is less than 10,000.

In IC it still looks good. How can I increase it to match whats being sold?
Ive seen some of the character packs stating its MID Polygon which is over 10,000
polygons

Whatever the polygon count of a model in 3DS Max, it will be the same size when exported to iClone. You can check the face count by looking at Project Info when in the Project tab. If you wish a model to have more polygons then you need to do this in 3DS Max during the modelling process. You can't do it after export.
