| I am using Win XP Pro with all updates installed.
I've just purchased CrazyTalk6 from the website. I've downloaded it, completed online registration of the product, etc. When I try to install the product, I enter my name and code and agree to the terms. When I click on next, I receive the following error.

| After reading the explanation about your servers and the suggestion that I retry, I tried again to install however, I was given the same error message. This is as of 13 Nov 09 07:30 EST.
