| Hello
i inserted my character, the text to speech is working fine and the lips sync is ok but the character remains static, with no expressions at all from beggining to the end.
When i attempted to check what i can do with head or shoulders, eyes move nothing happens. Even camera moves changes nothing on the overall scene.
I checked the video on youtube but i can't see the face control panel while using pupeteering and so i can't add some expressions.
Now can someone please correct me as i'm sure i missed something.
My attempts to create empty motion clip and add some head or shoulders moves did nothing.
I also noticed i can't add expressions from the expressions panel to the time line.
Help me please
ps : sorry if my English is not under control, my courses are so far away from now. |

| | Hi, To add one of the pre-defined Motion Clips, go to Script and then switch to Timeline. From the Motion Clip tab select the facial animation you want to apply. Drag the required clip to the Motion Clip line on the timeline. You can't use the Apply button with motion clips. You can then extend the motion clip at its end by dragging it to the desired length. For Puppeteering I would suggest you follow the puppeteering tutorial which for convenience I have included below. This should answer your questions I hope.

| Thank you for your kind help.
This is ok i was not too lazy and i watched this nice tutorial but still when i click on the pupeteering button i have only the left side of the panel displayed without the wireframe head displayed on the right of the pupeteering panel.
This is confusing me a bit otherwise for adding items to the time line is understood.
I'll check again tonight or attempt to reinstall Crazy Talk, maybe i did something wrong.
Here is what i did so far, it would have been nice i could make move eyes only within the glasses but without the wireframed face in pupeteering it's a bit difficult to get control where i need.

| | Hi Airkraft, Is it possibly just a case of the puppeteering window being too far to the right side of the screen so the solo feature window (head mesh) is not visible. The panel is moveable so try moving it left so the whole panel is visible. This may be the problem. Pete

| Well i wish it was this but i probably done something wrong or my vista is messing around with Crazy Talk 5
Here is a screenshot of my desktop while using pupeteering panel.

This pic is intentionally not embedded within this post as it is too big.
Any thoughts about this strange panel ?
Thank you very much for your time, and sorry to be so annoying with something that should be so simple. |

| | The screenshot has made things a lot easier to understand. Thank you for including the link. Are you using Crazytalk 5.0 or Crazytalk 5.0 Pro? The standard version of Crazytalk 5.0 does not include the Solo Feature Control so you will not see that panel. Only the Pro version contains the advanced panel. From the screenshot this appears to be the problem I'm afraid.
