While I see the tutorial video for the content packs use the animated faces...will these same add-on expressions work with my family's pictures? Can I take a picture of my brother and add these expressions?

Yes you will be able to use the Facial Expression clips with your family photos or any facial photos you choose to use in Crazytalk.
