Hey guys,
I'm new but i need help. I just installed iclone and whenever i open it, it goes to the main menu, but a less than a second later it crashes. I tried on multiple computers, one of which has a pretty good video card (NVIDIA Geoforce FX5200 256 MB). What should i do?

| Hi, Sorry to hear about your problems with iClone. It is very strange for iClone not to work on multiple computers, especially if these computers have different hardware configurations. One of the first things that springs to mind here is that maybe the installer is faulty in some way. Is it possible to download the software again, making sure you have the latest version and try re-installing? If you do attempt this, remember to uninstall first. One other thing that may play a part in the problem is if the computers have not been updated. Have you installed all the latest patches from Microsoft via Windows Update. This is important as is making sure you have the latest graphics, directx and audio drivers. As long as the computer is all updated, meets the minimum hardware requirements then you should not have the problems you are getting. If after checking the above you still have the same problem then I would advise you to contact Technical Support who should be able to offer further help on this. http://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/User/QForm.aspx I hope you get this resolved soon. Hi guys -
I downloaded the Trial version, and I'm getting the same crash-on-entering problem. I see a blue-ish window start to come up, and then it crashes without any errors...
I'm using a MacBook Pro with BootCamp (native XP), all the hardware checks validate alright - the one issue i know of is that the NVIDIA 8600GT chip mis-reports its RAM from 256MB to 512MB (a MacBook / integrated chip thing of NVIDIA)
Any ideas what can be done :
