| HI, I just bought my IC4, and I am having problems bringing any of the avatars. All it gives me is a shadow and teeth!! On the Dylan, it gives me a the chest and a hollow head with teeth and a mop of hair,and lower limbs but no faces. Like almost a hollow image, nothing solid to see or work with. My understanding is I click on an avatar and it loads onto the stage. But all I get as I mentioned before and the selecting box?

| | Without knowing more about your PC its hard to say for sure but this may be a graphics card issue. Does your computer meet the minimum requirements for iClone4 as shown Here. First thing to do is make sure you have the latest graphics drivers installed. You can get these from your computer manufacturer or from Nvidia, ATi etc. This may well make a difference as long as your graphics card is one the supported cards for iClone4. Try also changing your shader level to Quick Shader if you currently have it set on Pixel Shader or Vertex Shader. You can do this from the drop down in the top right of the Preview Window. See if this makes a difference. If all else fails, please contact Support who will be able to help you further.
