iClone 3 Respource Pack Will Not Install With iClone 4

I bought and paid for iClone 4 Pro. downloaded and installed it using the Serial number provided. Have been able to install everything that I had with iClone except for the iClone 3 Resource Pack. When I go to install it it says:

Some version(s) of iClone cannot install this resource pack:

iClone v4.01 PRO:
The iClone product found on your computer is not purchased.
Please purchase iClone before you install the resource pack.

The resource pack installation will be terminated.

Help?

You have to install the iClone4 resource pack not the iClone3 version. That version isn't compatible for obvious reasons. Just use the link supplied in your email or go to your Account and click Bonus & Upgrade for iClone4. There you can download the correct resource pack.
