iClone 3DXchange should pop-up a recommended message to advice user to load within 30,000 face count for the performance. This problem is caused by deficient system resources, or your object may be quite large. Because that occupies a lot of the virtual memory if you export a huge object.

You may try the following suggestions to solve your issue.
1) Please close whole terminate and stay resident programs.

2) If there is any Firewall, Anti-Virus or Anti Spyware in your system? If yes, please turn them off temporary.

3) If you are running the other applications at the same time, please stop them first.
