Sorry to hear about your problems. Did you get any kind of error message pop up when iClone failed to load?

Just a few things worth checking;

Did iClone complete its installation without any errors at all?

Make sure you meet the system requirements for iClone. These can be found here:

Run the Enviroment Checker if it hasn't already done so. This can be found from the link above.

Make sure all your drivers are up to date, for graphics, audio etc. Very important.

Make sure you are connected to the internet when trying to install/run iClone for the first time.

Try running iClone immediately after a hard reset of your computer. (Complete shutdown)
