Hello,I will register SN,but I dont copy SN to clipboard and paste to website.When I write SN to website,web dont action.

| Hello, I don't quite understand what you are asking? The best way to register IS to Copy and Paste the serial from your purchase email to the register box. Just make sure you don't select any spaces or other characters at either end of the serial. If you do this you should have no problems. You can also use CTRL-C to copy, or CTRL-V to paste rather than right clicking should you have problems with that method.

how should I enter a serial number? In instruction is written that i have a mistake in the code. In the number I can not recognize what is zero and what is letter o.

| Hi, I think you will find they are all zero's in your serial number. I don't believe the letter O is used in Reallusion serials. (at least I haven't come across one yet). Try it that way and see how you get on.
