I downloaded IClone a while ago, and I tried to install it. Unfortunately, when I try to install it, it says "Setup has found a previous installation of IClone 2 in your system. Please uninstall the previous version before running setup again. Setup program will now terminate" and then it all shuts down! I figured it must've been a demo that I downloaded in the past, so I found it and tried to delete it, but it wouldn't! I soon ran out of options and had to hire a local computer expert to help me out. He got rid of it, since we can't find it on the computer anymore, but the same message still comes up! Can someone help me please? I don't want my money to go to waste, since I really want to try this product

| Hi, It sounds like you still have traces of your original iClone install on your computer. Although it might appear that the program has been removed if it wasn't properly uninstalled you will get the problems you are describing. It may be that you have still have entries for iClone in your registry that need to be removed. As the registry is not something you should mess with unless you know what you are doing I think you should try contacting Technical Support first to see if they can tell you how to resolve this before attempting anything yourself.
