If you have the G3 nude characters, you should be able to make a simple loincloth quickly using the "Paper" 3D Surface prop.

Or you may wish to use a Capsule prop instead.

Move the prop over to your figure using the Move spinners.

Use the Scale spinners to get the right size.

Use the Rotate spinners to angle the prop properly.

Use the Opacity Map to cut away the parts of the Paper prop that you don't want, by applying the color black.

Then use the Attach feature to attach it to the model. In practical terms, this converts the Prop into the figure's Accessory.

I think that the Capsule and 3D Surface props are installed with the free expansion pack for iClone 3.

Note also the Diffuse map is used to load a decorative texture onto your prop.

If you need a belt to secure the loincloth, use a Cylinder prop in the same way.

These matters are covered in the Help, and you should be able to do it without buying anything!

I tried both approaches. They didn't work.
