The recent change to the Premium Members page has seemingly caused some confusion. To access the upgrade options and bonus content you need to do the following:

Once you login to your Premium Members page you will see a screen like this.

On the left side of the screen will be the options as seen below. Select Registered Programs.

Then Select iClone (or Crazytalk etc).

You will then see the Registered Products list like the picture below.

From here click on Bonus & Upgrade (Details is no longer shown above) to display the Product Information which includes, extra download links, upgrade offers etc.

Remember the screens you see may not be exactly the same as above because they vary from member to member but access to your Registered Programs is still found the same way.

I hope this makes things a little clearer.

I have a specific problem relating to the German version of Iclone. I live in Germany and purchased iclone standard with a bundled software pack from Magix. having played around with the demo version I had set my mind on immediately upgrading to the Studio version. This I did in due course and was directed automatically to the German upgrade site where I downloaded the latest version.

I was expecting version 2.5 - what I got was version 2.1

I`ve mailed support and as yet have no reply. What I need to know is:

is there a 2.5 (German version) update available?

where can I find the link (the one on the normal support page returns a dead link! - page not found.)

or am I stuck with the German V2.1 and will I have to fork out more of my hard earned cash to upgrade.

Sorry to hear about your problems with the update to iClone. iClone 2.5 is available in a German version so you should be able to download the v2.5 patch from your Premium Members page. You will have needed to register the program first with your serial to do this. The German Members Login page is found from the link below:

Once you have logged in just follow the guide I gave above to get to the iClone section of your registered programs and the link to download the patch should be there. You can also choose to download the full v2.5 version here too should you wish to.

If you can't see a link for the v2.5 patch there or it is not working then you should contact support (again) to find out where you can update to the latest version.

Hi,

Did you register your iClone 2.5 and have you received your serial number for iClone 3? If so you can login to your Premium Members page and do the upgrade from there.

On the Premium Members page you can click for a step by step guide to upgrading your software which should help you locate upgrades and bonus content.

If you do not have the upgrade option available or have no serial number then contact support who will help you get your free version of iClone 3.

The latest German version of iClone3 is 3.03. When the 3.2 version is ready it will be available from the link below. Sadly I can't give an exact time for release but it shouldn't be too long a wait now.

The Reallusion Premium member update page says:

iClone 4 Pro +free bonus "Flowing skirt Element vol. 1"  BUT, the photo and description shows and describes the "Hair design Elements".

So, which is the free bonus?
