Purchased "Stylized Character Morps". It`s supposed to include 10 avatars. After installing i get 10 Stylized Character Morphs, but 3 of them are trials (Alethia, Bunny and Davos) and have watermarks.

Hi pompel_4. Thanks for your message. The problem you've described is caused by the additional accessories that are attached to the characters. To fix this issue just pay attention to this note:

Note:

Hairs, weapons, accessories and clothing on display are not included in the pack. If you have not purchased these items then you will see a watermark when you open the .iAvatars or .ccProjects. To remove the watermark simply delete these items inside the iClone stage. This threw me off too at first, I deleted the items and all was well except for the Davo character, after removing everything from him I still got the water marks so I had to delete the whole character, felt a little cheated but I'm ok now.   I would have purchased the hair and maybe the beard items for Boris & Winston, but when you select "purchase this item" it just takes you to a 404 not found page, then if you go to the Reallusion Catalog where I've purchase single items in the past, the catalog is off line and has been for a week or more.  The items are not found in Back Stage either, in order for me to get the one Bald hair item I really want I am being told I must purchase the Party Fun pack which has a lot of silly things I'll never use but already have when I purchased the Show Time collection thinking I"d get hair too.  The only thing that wasn't included is the 15 hair items and I don't want them, only one of them and I can't see spending a hundred bucks to get it along with all the other silly looking items I already own!  I know this has nothing to do with you personally, I like your products and will use them, I just needed to vent and you just got lucky.

Hi Snarp Farkle. Thanks for your comment and I'm sorry that you also have some issues. Usually the character morph itself should work and shouldn't have a watermark after you've deleted all additional accessories. If this problem still remains I would suggest to ask RL support, I think they can help.

In general I just wanted to show how easy it is to customize the characters by simply adding some additional props. Of course you are not bound to the ones I used and the Marketplace offers a lot of great items to create your own unique characters

Oh I totally understand ToKoMotion, I'm in no way disappointed with your characters included in the pack or the way in which you added the additional props, and I'm not against buying some items to enhance them like that either, I've had other content related issues that are still being looked into, I usually just wait a bit to see if things magically fix themselves as they seem to do so often!   I like your work and look forward to see what you'll come up with.

ich schreibe im englischen Forum in Deutsch, da Sie ja aus Deutschland sind. (und meine Engilsch furchtbar ist )
Ich habe mir heut ihre herrlichen Morphvorlagen gekauft und bin begeistert.
Nur Davos macht als iAvatar mit seinen Wasserzeichen etwas Probleme (auch im CC im Projekt)
Ich habe ein paar Bildschirmfotos eingefügt zur Demo und zum besseren Verständnis,
Ich glaube bzw. weis, dass das MiniSkirt der Wasserzeichenauslöser ist
Bild 1 aus dem CC

MiniSkirt aus dem Original = Wasserzeichen

Beweis für meine Behauptung: Miniskirt gelöscht = keine Wasserzeichen

Eigenes MIniSkirt eingefügt = KEIN Wasserzeichen

Jetzt in IC 6

Diesen Avatar nach IC 6 exportiert = KEIN Wasserzeichen (auch wenn die Hörner und alles andere noch dran ist)

Zum Vergleich der Original-DAVOS IAvatar aus Ihrem Paket

Alles gelöscht - ausser dem MiniSkirt = immer noch Wasserzeichen

MiniSkirt wurde gelöscht = Wasserzeichen sind weg
Wie gesagt, ich habe das Essentielpaket und dürfte daher KEIN Wasserzeichen bekommen
weder im CC noch in IC 6. Es ist aber vorhanden (nur bei Davos)
Ich konnte das Wasserzeichen umgehen indem ich mir einfah eine eigen Kettenhose gemacht habe,
aber amn muss halt erst draufkommen. Einen Hinweis in IC gabe es ja nicht (im Ggensatz bei den Hörnern usw)
Boris kommt auch als Trial , aber wenn ich hier Haare und Bart lösche sind die Wsserzeichen weg
(Haare und Bart habe ich nicht gekauft)


Wie gesagt mir gefällt das Produkt sehr gut, bis auf diesen ärgerlichen aber behebbaren Fehler

Hallo Werner. Darf ich vorab vorschlagen, dass wir uns duzen - wir müssen hier ja nicht ganz so förmlich sein. Es freut mich sehr, dass dir die Charaktere gefallen und vielen Dank für dein ausführliches Feedback. Das mit dem MiniSkirt ist schon recht eigenartig und ich kann mir das leider auch nicht erklären. Das Wasserzeichen sollte nur dann auftauchen, wenn sich Accessoires in der Szene befinden, die man noch nicht gekauft hat. Da du ja das Essential Pack dein Eigen nennst, sollte es also eigentlich keine Probleme damit geben.

Allerdings muss ich auch sagen, dass der Release komplett über Reallusion läuft und ich bei der Zusammenstellung des finalen Pakets nicht komplett involviert war. Am besten du wendest dich noch einmal direkt an den RL Support, die können diesbezüglich sicherlich besser weiterhelfen.

natürlich können wir uns duzen ist doch klar.
Nein den Support brauche ich für diese Kleinigkeit nicht. Ich konnte mir ja schon helfen und habe mir einfach sleber ne Kettenhose für Davos gemacht.
War keine große Sache. Ich habe ja schon mehr Kleidung im CC aus den Essentiels gemacht z.B. die Beiden.


Was hälts Du von den Beiden?
Ich habe diese Mitteilung eigentlich nur gemacht, da der Poster über mir das Problem mit den Wasserzeichen hat, obwohl er alles gelöscht hatte. (ausser dem Miniskirt)
Ich glaube das bei RL beim Zusammenstellen was schief lief

Die beiden Outfits sehen wirklich gut aus. Ich mag wie du die Strümpfe und die Schuhschnallen auf die Beine gemappt hast. Sehr gute Arbeit, ich hoffe ich sehe noch mehr von dir.

Ich habe jetzt auch rausgefunden, warum das MiniSkirt mit Wasserzeichen versehen ist. Ich habe dafür eine Textur aus einem "Total Material"-Paket verwendet und diese hat auch DRM. Naja, ich werde mit RL nochmal darüber reden, ob man da was machen kann.

I finally found out why the MiniSkirt causes a watermark. I used a texture from one of the "Total Material" packs and so it's also DRM protected. Well, I will talk to RL again and lets see if we can fix this.
