| | Hi I appear to have a problem after recently installing the 6.12 update PATCH I am now unable to open or save profiles ! My computer now freezes & after a while this message appears Encountered an improper argument the programme will then not close properly. All was fine before, I just installed this latest update patch. Now it looks like I will have to uninstall to remove the patch. Not too sure quite what to do Any Help. Wondered if anyone else has had the same thing happen. |

| | Hi, Since posting have you tried restarting your computer and trying Crazytalk 6 again? Sometimes a restart can rectify issues like this. Alternatively you could try installing the patch again in case it didn't complete correctly the first time. If you are continuing to have problems with the patch then you should contact Support who will be able to offer some help and guidance on how to resolve this issue. http://www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/User/QForm.aspx While you wait for support to get back to you, you can of course uninstall Crazytalk 6 and reinstall version 6.1 again if this was working fine for you before the patch.
