Out of the blue CT6.12 does not export to avi or mp4 anything other than the mouth movement of the requested animation.

It was working fine and now has gone out to lunch. I do not believe I have made any changes to the system and am using CT6.12.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? mis-set something? I have rebooted and reinstalled the patch with no luck.

I believe it starts when I use my own audio voice overs. Any help would be much appreciated.

When you play the project in the preview window, do you get full facial animation then?

It may be that you have turned off Auto Idle which is why you are not noticing any other facial movement. You can check it is on by clicking Model Motion Settings when in Model Mode.

Try recording some basic puppeteering. Check it plays ok in the preview window and then output to your chosen video format. Whatever facial animation is seen in the preview window should be included in the outputted video. Does that happen in your tests?
