Hi

Like many, i´m eagerly awaiting for the latest version of iclone. But unfortunely, Reallusion isn´t showing us much and there´s anything new on IC4 since almost to weeks. In think that´s strange that no one from reallusion has anything to say to users about IC4. Is it being released in the next days as promised or will we have to wait even more? There´s no more new videos shoing off the new version?

Many people (like me) finnaly decided on commiting to IClone after knowing the news on the new capabilities of IC, like video layers and such and and would really like to know more. I can understand that maybe there is a small team behind the software and all that, but you should at least publish something new daily on IC4.

Sorry if i seem angry, that´s not the case. My english isn´t perfect so it is possible i´m not explainng myself in the best of ways.

I just feel Reallusion should work better on the marketing of their tools and on informing their clients well (good tutorials is another problem...but that´s another subject).

Ok, after the critiscism, i should end saying that i´m in love with iclone and Reallusion do a great job on developing it.  All the best to the Reallusion team, and...please give us IC4 soon (or at least keep us teasing with all the great new features).

OH, and have i asked when can we get our hands on IC4? Please tell us all and finish this torture.

I believe Peter said by the end of this month.  And I said, better right than rushed out...

I understand RL's silence.  For the previous release the exact date was announced and people complained when it turned out to be one day later.  Better stay silent or at least vague...

As far as I am aware Peter Edwards is away this week on holiday so I am sure upon his return he will answer your questions.

As the other member rightly said I would also prefer it to be released when ready and not rushed out with problems.

Although there is such a diverse range of computer systems it would be impossible for them to get everyone 100% without any minor hiccups, but the technical team are right on the case when problems occur.

Wires springs to mind as he had no end of trouble but Reallusion kept working with him trying to iron out his problems.

Like you cant wait for certain things I have seen the videos on.

I think it's a conspiracy  Reallusion and MMS for Iphone  They are in cahoots together. Seriously I will be on home time this coming week I hope IC4 is release during that time so I will have it b4 I go back out on the road I hate driving this truck for a living .... Being away from home for 2 - 3 months at a time so IC is my only hobby it does keep me from going nutso.

As duchess110 said, I couldn't get iClone 3 to work on my PC when it was first released. Mick, and the rest of the team from support spent several months helping me. I don't really know what was changed in the software, but when 3.2 was released it worked like a dream on my system.

Like many users, I'm quite prepared to wait a while longer for a stable product that can be installed and used. I don't know if I have the time - or nerves, to go through with what felt like a private Beta test again.

I am advised by a reliable source that IC4 will be released on or around October 5th.

Better start eating minnows NOW, so you can wait with baited breath.

(Man, I am SO ready.)

As Duchess mentioned I have been away for a few days so apologies for any delay. The release of iClone4 is still currently scheduled for the very end of September - beginning of October. Be aware though that is is the scheduled release and any last minute hitches may push things back by a day or so. Hopefully not though.

For all the iClone4 news, videos and interesting facts, check out the thread below.

Not long to wait now.
