| | my iclone will not launch crazy talk i have latest pro versions of both softwares.when i have my iclone open and hit crazy talk launch it tells me to purchase crazy talk 5 i never even had crazy talk 5 please let me know whats the problem. |

| | In the future, I think that RL should either synchronize releases OR better explain which versions are compatible. It's nice to have iClone tell you that you need CrazyTalk, but it should also tell you which version and not lead you to a sales page of an incompatible release. Moreover, because CrazyTalk is such an essential component for iClone 3 if you want to do lipsynching and facial animation, the version that works with it should not end up at the discontinued products page, when the next version of iClone is not yet available. Judging from this forum, there have been too many new users that have bought CL 6 in good faith, only too find out that it didn't work with the current version of iClone. CT5 is still available; it has been suggested in earlier posts to contact Support, hopefully they can help you out. I stiil believe RL should just give it to those in this situation (that is, those that have already purchased CT 6), but then again, I don't control the RL Sales department... |

| | I did the same mistake beliewing as told, that it would function as Iclone said. It dont, but i just have to wait to the new release of iclone 4 is free then. But it was annoing and i used a lot of time trying different way to try work it out before i find out that it dont. It would be a great gesture if reallusion just let us who have bougth The Crayzy talk 6 just have an download for the version 5 who fit in our members place without a lot of extra mailing time and contact.
