I hast had a look on your website, the talking character was shown correctly and in full, and it did autoplay, in Internet Explorer and Firefox. Very well done!

The player for Firefox can be installed manually from the CrazyTalk webplayer & TTS component web page.

For greatest possible compatibility in respect of the various browsers and platforms it is often recommended to use Flash. This is done by converting the CrazyTalk outpout (video) to the Flash format and then embedding that instead of the CT player. Apart from Flash there are many tools available form third parties for the conversion. It was also announced on the old forum that the next version of CrazyTalk will support export to Flash.
