| | Hi Yes there does seem to be a bug that characters that are made in max are experiencing in iC4 as are some of Reallusions packs. This can be sorted you can bring the character in and change the head even to the Jana with eyelashes then she will have eyelashes and long nails then save to your custom characters or if you only are interested in the nails save the hands in the custom gloves folder to put on any of your characters. Hope this info helps.
