If Pixel Shader is greyed out it normally means your graphics card doesn't support it. If you can supply your computer specifications including the graphics card installed then it will be easier to give you a more certain answer.

What you can try is to update your graphics drivers to the latest available. This may make a difference, especially if your installed drivers are very old.
