| To any newcomers looking in don't take this as a result of CrazyTalk v5 because I've never used it before but this was the actual first time Ive ever used it and it goes a lot further than this. Regarding lipsynch I think perhaps Popeye is the master. There are a few errors, one being the sides of the image outside the face boundaries moving but since making this Ive learned that even that is easily fixed. Anyway, it's really sweet and quite heartwarming as opur own "Thi-Mai" Wannabe wishes her friends a Happy Christmas and forgets her lines. See what you think. Armstrong http://www.iclonetutorials.co.uk/temp/TheRealThiMai.html (Click here for) Happy Christmas. Particularly, I think the ability to add expressions and facial movement after the initial wave file has been inserted is incredible. Excelling forethought. This is an excellent idea to animate it expressively stage by stage. I dont know if anyone else has played with this who is not familiar with it, but in general, this adds an entire new scope to talking saucepans, animals, shoes, pillows and even spiders webs and clouds in the sky. I'm really impressed with this. I dont have a thoroughbred application for it here......... aside from layering the output against the bark of trees in a woodland scene and overlaying it with iClone Studio output. But this in itself is incredible and keeps that elusive Disney feature well secured. Quite an education and Ive lost alot of hours playing with this. It's as complicated or as simple as you want it to be. I think that element alone is impressive. Alot of good fun. The above example is literally the first time Ive played with this software and it made everyone here laugh really and fight for my computer. Thanks Visconti for sending me the data. Laughter is definitely the best remedy.

| Hi Neil, That was really, really nice. Great facial image and vocals. As you have already mentioned the only minor thing is the background moving but that is easily fixed using an alpha channel background. Big thumbs up from me. Pete
