| For several days now I have not been able to get on backstage except for a few times.
Is something wrong? I'm using the little icon in Iclone.

| Still not working, I have contacted Tec, and they sent me a few things to try. So far no go.

| Have you installed or made any changes to firewall or security software. It may be that something is blocking BackStage. It is worth checking just in case. Hopefully support will have some further advice for you with this as it does seem a system specific issue in this case.

It isn't the firwall or AV as it's the same with them disabled
hitting backstage button opens a window which keeps a copy of whatever is underneath it and I need to end task in taskman to get it to close |

| I had the same problem. The cause was installing and using Firefox. I solved it by reinstalling and useing Internet Explorer. So I have both installed. There are some websites that have to use
one or the other. |
