| Hi  Can any one help! I have Crazy Talk 6 pro, & when I try to record it does actually do the recording but does not play back. it is silent so I can not tell if my recording is okay for use. There is no sound when I press play to listen to what I have just recorded but if I remove my microphone it plays. I never had this problem with CT5 Standard. Any help Appreciated. Thanks. |

| | Hi, This isn't something Crazytalk 6 does so clearly this shouldn't be happening. First thing to do is make sure you have Crazytalk updated to version 6.1 (not 6.01). The look to see if you have an Audio Manager installed. Many Audio Managers have options set on what to do when microphones, speakers etc are installed. It may be that you have a setting to mute the speakers on plugin of the microphone. If you continue to have problems then please contact Technical Support who will be able to help you further.
