All Crazytalk content packs sold by Reallusion come as self installing executables so all you need to do is double click the file you have downloaded and follow the instructions.

The location of content differs but for Facial Expression Packs, these can be found by clicking Script and then the Motion Clip tab on the top right hand side of the Crazytalk window.
