when i tried to reinstall my crazytalk 5 pro and insert my serial number to activate,it said i used up my five activations.i bought the back-up cd in case of computer problems(crashes-os reinstall)i tried from reallusion and from my back-up cd and received same results and message.
this i do not understand ,i own this software,i bought the download and back-up cd.
i made out help ticket to make reallusion aware of this,but still no response.
roxio techs. had me do two clean os installs,trying to figure out video export problem with photoshow 6,so there are two activations of crazytalk 5 pro.
like i said, i own this software.i should be able to install/uninstall as many times as i want,why buy back-up cd,if you can not use it.
how do i get new key???????????

Hi,

You are allowed 5 new installs of your Crazytalk 5 software, but if you always remember to uninstall (when possible) you will get the credit back for the install so the count will not increase. Make sure you have an active internet connection when uninstalling for the credit back to work.

As you have now reached the limit you will need to have Support reset your install count for you. This shouldn't take long but support is limited over the weekend which is why you may have not heard anything yet. Also keep a check on your spam folders because sometimes emails from support can end up there.

If you don't hear anything in the next 24-48 hours then please let me know and I will look into it for you.
