I bought 4 contents from the Reallusion Content Store yesterday. They said that it would come in no longer than 24 hours. So, I waited... and now when I try to download the content that I bought, it always says an error has occured, and I am unable to download my content into my version of iClone 3.2 Standard. Can you please tell me what I amd doing wrong?

Hi,

I'm unclear if you mean that you are getting errors when installing the packs or if you have not been able to download them in the first place.

For technical help you should contact Customer Support who will be able to help you with alternative download links etc. If you can supply a little more information like which packs you mean, at what point in the process you got the error message and what exactly it said they will be able to help you I'm sure.
