| | I just purchased CT 6 and made a small clip with a script and animated lip synching. It plays fine in the script mode but when I play the clip there is no animation although the sound does play. Thank you for advice on fixing this problem! |

| | When you say "playback" do you mean the playback of the outputted video rather than playing back the project within Crazytalk 6. If this is the case then it may be you are outputting to a video format you don't have a supporting codec for. Try exporting your video in different formats such as WMV or Uncompressed AVI video just to be sure you can output successfully. Once you identify the problem you can get a suitable codec installed like DivX or Xvid. If you are still having problems please supply information on the video format you are using and the codecs you having problems with. Thanks.

| | I am having problem with output. When I click the output button, my viewing screen turns white. The video is outputed as a white screen, although I can hear audio perfectly. When I am in "script" window....When I hit "play" I am able to view the video with animations. I have tried to output to various formats and they all do the same thing. |

| | I recently recently purchased the Standard CrazyTalk 6, and installed all updates. When I'm in the MODEL or OUTPUT modes, the project image is black whenever the animation is stopped, but is visible during playback. The SCRIPT mode works properly. [The audio plays normal in all modes]. I cannot make any facial modifications to my avitor when I cannot see it! When I output and save my project, the video is always black, with normal sound. I tried various formats, but with same results. I have used CrazyTalk 4 and created my videos in the AVI format with no problems. I'm very disappointed with the new CT6. This problem is specific to Windows7 only. My other pc has WindowsXP and CrazyTalk works great. |
