Hi.

For 3 days now I'm not able to download content I purchased at the marketplace.
When I execute the file I get a pop up error...

"The program can't start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I've redownloaded the marketplace file at least a dozen times.
The PC file IS NOT missing and I'm not having trouble with any other downloads.
It's only the marketplace downloader, and it's happening with all my inventory.

There seems to always be some kind of problem with this downloader.

[RESOLVED] I did this upgrade twice, and once manually deleted and replaced it.
But only with the x64 download (because that's what my PC is).

I'm not sure why you would need to do this for x86..?? Thinking of it now I guess you do run
32-bit programs on a 64-bit system though.

In any case that was the solution--in a nutshell. You need to upgrade both x64 and x86 files if you have a 64-bit system.

You sure did know that one @justaviking!! Wink

Thanks a bunch for the help. Smile

I'm glad it helped.  And thank you for your additional clarifications.

I certainly cannot take much credit though.  I am standing on the shoulders of giants; bluemidget and animagic.  I knew the answer because they recently helped me.  I'm simply passing it on.  Smile

For what it's worth, I did report this in the "Issues" forum for iClone 6.
