| Hi,
how do I apply the special eyes and mouth textures in the iClone extra MaterialsLib? I did manage to apply skin textures, but mouth textures affect the whole character skin, and as to eyes textures... I can't understand how to import them, considering that the material settings controls don't appear in the faces and eyes panel: I see just the jpg diffuse import button. |

| | To work with these textures included the Materials Library you need to get them into your chosen Image Editor first to scale and position correctly. 1) Try loading in a 3D Block Ball for example and then Load the material you wish to work with onto the ball. 2) Then click the Launch button and the texture(s) will open in your image editor. 3) Next click Head - Texture for the avatar's head you want to work with. 4) Click Launch and the head texture will load into your image editor too. 5) Now you can begin scaling and positioning the facial feature, like lips to fit your head texture. 6) Once completed, Save it (not Save As) and click Update in iClone3 to see the changes. That should do it for you. Give it a try and see how you get on.

| Thank you for your support.
However, I've discovered a simpler workaround to use eyes textures: apply them to the artificial eyes you can find in the accessories tab. What do you think of this? |
