| I have G3 clonecoth for male installedm been using it for while
today i was going to use it and i noticed 2 of the characters - C247A_Trey_Casual_A did not have the thumbnail but instead had a generic icon - i tried to load it and got a 'not a valid' character message
ignored it for a bit, when to load the Try Overcoat 03 character, loads ok, went to material library to try to load the standard upper template so i can create custom texture but received an error message "Failed to Load Material, this is not a valid material file" so i am stuck
tried to re install (could not figure out how to uninstall), same results
any ideas?

| Hi:
Did happen to me with the Machines of War - Air Force. The Generic Icon and message Fail to Load prop and this is not a valid file. Reinstalled the pack and it seems to be working. But now I am concerned... Hope this will not become a problem.

| well i went and deleted the files and tried to reinstall again - same problem

| | Hi Gabe, I haven't encountered this problem myself but it sounded at first like some files had become corrupted. The fact that you have deleted the files and reinstalled with the same problem makes it look as if the problem lay elsewhere. Have you tried running a check on your hard disk just to be sure there aren't any problems there? I'm afraid it looks like you will need the help of support for this issue. They may have knowledge of this particular problem and hopefully a resolution too. Hope you get this fixed soon.

| I'm having this problem too. The clothed avatars from the G3 clonecloth packs load fine, but the clonecloth models have vanished. I reinstalled the male version and the models show up as not valid files.

I reinstalled the male version and the models show up as not valid files.Hi Dulci, Sorry if I'm being dumb here but I'm not sure what you mean by "The clothed avatars from the G3 clonecloth packs load fine, but the clonecloth models have vanished". Unlike G2 CloneCloth, G3 CloneCloth packs only contain the clothed avatars. The templates have to be loaded via the supplied material libraries. If you are getting error messages about invalid files after a reinstall then I would contact Support and let them know of your problems so they can deal with it on a one to one basis. I will also let the the team know of these issues so they can be looked into urgently. Apologies for the inconvenience these issues are causing. If anyone else is experiencing problems like these, please let us know. Thanks.
