So they’ve created a sleek new webpage for submitting our builds. It’s suppose to make the process faster. There is one fatal flaw. It’s not faster at all. If the submission process requires their staff to personally check each build and then hand create marketing for it, then having a streamlined submission process is pointless. This entire process should only take a week at best. I mean, how hard is it to check the size and quality of a build? And how complicated is it to quickly send out an email to the builder and have them make the needed corrections, then get the build into the content store? I waited several weeks to hear back from them before finally sending an angry email. Then they respond by telling me changes need to be made. Why couldn’t they just get back to me on their own within a few days? Funny thing is that I keep checking the content store and I don’t see any new content. At least not enough to justify how long it is taking them to get my content into the store. They need to automate the entire process. Let us create the builds, and all marketing graphics. All they should be doing is checking the size & quality, and letting us know (within 24 hours) of any modifications needed. Once made, our builds should be kept at the top of the publishing list and published ASAP. This is the simple solution. Is anyone else having this same problem?

| Hi, You are right that sometimes it does seem to take a long time for content to appear in the store. I think this is one area I would like to see improved too. Normally it takes a couple of weeks after acceptance to be published but the time does get extended now and again which is disappointing but sometimes unavoidable because of heavy workloads. I can't speak for the developer team but I'm sure they have many other duties as well as dealing with submitted content so just like all of us they will get overstretched sometimes and delays happen unfortunately. All I can suggest is you give them a friendly reminder if they seem to be taking longer than normal which should help get your submission looked at again.
