| | when i make a project using crazytalk 6 pro,it lets me download a wave file into project,but 3 min. song is shortened into 1 min. 5 sec.,also emotives and timeline not available,you see them but can not use.i tried a uninstall and then reinstall,making sure to remove all software and files,before reinstalling.also,i tried using tool to add my add-ons from crazytalk 5 pro into crazytalk 6 pro,did not work.then tried to copy and paste add-ons,that did not work. hoping someone can help. thank you |

| | Hi, When you import a sound file into Crazytalk 6 this is known as the CTS Length (Script Length). All you need to do is change the Project Length to match the CTS Length as seen in the image below. Just click in the boxes and input the time required to match the CTS. 
To make the Emotives and Timeline active you will need to click on the Script in Stage for the character you wish to work with. Once you do this the Emotives and Timeline tabs will become active. Your third part is a little confusing. I don't know what you mean by Copy & Paste didn't work. Copying and Pasting is a windows function and nothing to do with Crazytalk itself. Maybe you just copied the files to the wrong locations. I would double check this and make sure the folder locations match those of Crazytalk 5. Alternatively if the Crazytalk 5 content you wish to add is purchased content then I would just install it again but choose to install to Crazytalk 6 this time. This will avoid the problems you having copying it yourself. Hope this helps.

| | reallusions tech support said since the tool for getting my crazytalk 5 pro add-ons into crazytalk 6 pro did not work,to copy crazytalk 5 files and paste into crazytalk 6 files. thanks for the help. |

reallusions tech support said since the tool for getting my crazytalk 5 pro add-ons into crazytalk 6 pro did not work,to copy crazytalk 5 files and paste into crazytalk 6 files.Yes copying and pasting is a good way to get your content across from CT5 to CT6. It is the mothod I use to move my content all the time. What i was saying was I didn't understand why this didn't work for you. What went wrong?

| all other audio works,but sound recorder
i can add music and text,but not record my voice.i checked all my settings on webcam,can record and hear my voice. |

Please ensure you have the right sound device set as default so that Crazytalk 6 can use it. Please refer to the topic below which covers this.
